We are fragments of a giant ball of energy a billion times bigger than the sun, we have to be tested and refined before we are worthy of entering the sun god, so we are tested again and again through millions of lives, birth death rebirth untill we the fragment learns to live perfectly on the planet and then apon dying we are granted access into the source of all life.

the key is stopping your mind from thinking, gaining full control over your emotions and body. living full your eyes open and making sure 100% of your actions are of a positive nature. dying with out fear and with a clear mind after living a perfect life then you will gain enterance into the source and be free from the cycle of rebirth
